Vijay's Thalaivaa is certified with a U, which was initially granted U/A by the censor board. Thalaivaa is sent for a revising committee to gain a clean U for tax exemption. And now the producer Chandraprakash Jain of Mishri Productions, succeed in his attempt and finally acquired a U censor certificate with 2 minor cuts. Thalaivaa confirms Aug 9 release based on earlier reports. Sathyaraj and Santhanam play key roles in Thalaivaa that has cinematography by Nirav Shah, music by GV Prakash Kumar and editing by Anthony among the technical crew.

Ilayathalapathi Vijay’s Thalaivaa is the most anticipated release and the fans are eager to watch their idol on screen. While the movie is expected to hit the screens on 9th of Aug, makers are submitting their first copy for censors Today [July 24]. Produced by Chandraprakash Jain under Sri Mishri Productions, Thalaivaa is to adopt Dolby Atmos sound effects, which was earlier used for mixing Superstar Rajinikanth’s Sivaji 3D. Cinemas announced 37 Dolby Atmos installations recently, while Serene SPI Cinemas is the first theatre in India to have Dolby Atmos. Directed by Vijay, Vijay and Amala Paul starring Thalaivaa’s final cut has been watched by Ilayathalapathy and seems to have thoroughly enjoyed the action entertainer with the scores of GV Prakash.

Thalaivaa movie release in August

Vijay's Action Entertainer Thalaivaa is gearing up for a release in the month of August for Independence Day weekend. This movie is directed by AL Vijay and produced by Chandraparakash Jain on Sri Mishri Productions The theatrical rights of the film for Tamil Nadu were sold at a high price while it made a good pre-release business in Karnataka, Kerala and overseas too. Thalaivaa is an action entertainer and Amala Paul played the female lead alongside Vijay while Sathyaraj will be seen in a prominent role. GV Prakash is the music composer and the audio is scheduled for a launch on June 22.
